WebThere's no level requirement to use one. You can bind "interact with mouseover", which also means "interact with target" if you have nothing under your mouse. BUT you cannot tab-target corpses to loot with that, so you probably just want a lootarang. The 'interact with target' which can be key/mousebound will loot a targeted corpse.
