A few months ago I played RDR2 for awhile then uninstalling it. I remember putting all the graphics settings to ultra and having Nvidia DLS enabled. Back then I had 16gb of ram and It running at 60fps. Recently I have upgraded to 32gb of ram and reinstalled the game.
