WebNot USA, but very close to the border - the Road2Hope Marathon in Hamilton, ON is the same day. I’ve done it in the past, and it’s a nice race. Well-organized, fast course, pretty finish along Lake Ontario, pretty much guaranteed cool weather, easy logistics. Not many spectators, though!
