WebOct 14, 2024 · An SOL means that your charge was taken off of the docket with the possibility of it being reinstated within the 160 day speedy trial window. Once the 160 days are up, the charge is considered dismissed. The Lautenberg Amendment wouldn't apply because it only applies to actual convictions, not charges that were dismissed.
